Maintenance

We understand that not every commercial production kitchen has a dedicated technical team. That’s why TWIN-COOK is designed for easy-going maintenance. No tools are required for day-to-day cleaning and upkeep, making it a perfect fit for commercial kitchens without on-site technicians.

Start up, scale up !

TWIN-COOK is a scaled-down version of processing systems for semi-industrial and large-scale industrial food production. Leveraging direct contact heat transfer technology, that accomodates larger process areas to meet growing production volumes.

Key parameters such as temperature, time, thickness, and product outcomes such as core temperature, weight loss, and appearance remain the same irrespective of the system size. This uniformity ensures identical settings across different scales of production.

TWIN-COOK is designed to deliver an output of approximately 75 kg (165 lbs) per hour. Subsequent system sizes produce 150 kg (330 lbs), 300 kg (660 lbs), and beyond. The scalability of these systems allows for expansion, accomodating production volumes exceeding 6000 kg (13200 lbs) per hour, all while maintening process parameters and consistent product results.

PTFE non-stick Teflon Conveyor Belts

The non-stick PTFE coated conveyor belts wears out and need to be replaced after some time. The largest single factor affecting the service life of non-stick conveyor belts is the operation temperature. Ingredients such as sucrose, dextrose, starch and protein affects the logevity.

As a rule of thumb, PFTE coated Teflon belts need to be replaced after about 300 hours. The cost of non-stick conveyor belts rarely exceeds 0.0019 Euros per kilo (0.0024 USD par lbs) of raw product.
